Business Day Orders Before 3pm
Business Days For Example if an order is placed Monday, 3AM EST, we will pack your item on Monday and ship it that same day by 4PM EST.

Business day Orders After 3pm
For Example if an order is placed Monday between 3:00PM - 8:00PM EST, we will pack your item Monday and ship it first thing in the morning Tuesday!

Weekend Orders
If you place an order before 2PM EST on Saturday it is possible for items to be shipped same day(not guaranteed). If you place an order and it falls after 2PM EST Saturday we will ship your item first thing in the morning on Monday.

All orders over $65 with a shipping address with in the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. Shipping addresses outside the continental U.S.A. are not eligible for free shipping and customers will be able to choose from various shipping options with the most competitive rates.
Most orders are shipped via USPS; however, not guaranteed. Depending on items purchased, UPS will be used to ship your order. UPS may reflect different delivery time frame based on weight of package and destination. PLEASE NOTE: USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL PACKAGES are NOT covered by USPS or Shop Shop HW Beauty. This shipping option does not come with insurance coverage. We are NOT liable for any mistakes made by USPS on First CLASS PACKAGES.

Additional Shipping Information

We ship most items via U. S. Priority Mail which is normally 2-3 business day service. However, if your package is delayed we have no control over the United States Postal Service. We do put delivery tracking and confirmation on your package at no extra charge to you to assist in locating your package should it be delayed. 

You will get an e-mail notice when your package ships out with the ship date and your delivery tracking code off your shipping label so you may track your inbound package. It may take time for the information to post to the U S Postal Service website.

USPS FIRST CLASS packages will not be covered/insured by Shop Shop HW Beauty or USPS. If this service is selected at checkout, customer assume the risk with loss of funds as this service does not come with money back. 

UPS DISCLAIMER: If expedited service is purchased (NEXT DAY SERVICE) on a Friday and needs delivery for Saturday and additional fee is required for Saturday delivery. Next Day services are for working business days. Saturday delivery is for urban areas only. 

How long is the processing & handling time?

With Shop HW Beauty you don't have to worry about long processing times. If you place your order before 3pm EST Monday - Friday it will ship from our store the same business day! Order Placed after 1PM EST or on Saturday will ship from our store the following business day. Your delivery time will vary on the shipping speed you select. *Shipping to some areas will not be guaranteed. Shop Shop HW Beauty has the right to deny order at anytime*.
